We recently spent a few nights at the North Conway Comfort Inn and Suites while in the area for skiing. The hotel room was clean and comfortable. We had a pull out sofa bed in addition to 2 queen beds. Our room also had a microwave and refrigerator which was very useful. It appeared that there were many vacancies but I know we had people in the rooms surrounding ours and we never heard a sound from any of those rooms.

The pool is pretty small but seemed clean and well maintained. We especially liked the shower by the pool that was cleverly disguised as a palm tree. It was fun to swim while watching the snow fall outside! The only thing we missed was a hot tub which would have been wonderful to soak in after a long day of skiing.

This hotel has breakfast included. The offerings were plentiful and varied. The kids loved the make your own waffles. The breakfast room is very small and was crowded so I can imagine that when the hotel is at capacity it might be difficult to find a place to eat.

Overall, our experience was great and we would definitely stay here again.

Spent 3 days with two grandchildren (ages 7 and 9) over Feb. vacation. Hotel staff very friendly and welcoming, allowed us early entry to the vacant room and a later check out time upon departure. Room and public areas were spotless. Indoor pool was fairly small, but well maintained and perfect for the kids. We booked #102, which was unique in its extra space, pull out couch and table for games and kid's activities. The complimentary continental breakfast was excellent, with fruit, waffle iron , boiled eggs and an ample supply of muffins, pastries, etc. The 24 hour coffee (available in the breakfast area ) was hot and fresh. We stayed in the midst of a record snowfall, and were amazed at how clear the town kept the main roads.
If you are looking for winter activities, make sure to take the children snow tubing at Mt. Cranmore (10 mins. away). The hill is small enough to be safe and they have a tow system for getting up the slope. Also, Nestlenook Farm (a little further out) is a real treat. They have the place decked out like an old Victorian estate, with a gigantic pond for skating, snowshoeing and sleigh rides....plus fireplaced gazebos to take the chill off.

We were pleasantly surprised by this Comfort Inn. The staff were extremely courteous; the facility immaculate; the room was large, comfortable and well decorated. The pool is small but adequate especially for children. The breakfast was plentiful with a wide variety. We would recommend this inn to anyone traveling to North Conway. In the summer they have a Miniature Golf Course which looks great!. For the price this is excellent value.
